Would lipofilling reduce the appearance of my under eye bags? (photo)

Hello. Will lipofilling help in my case to remove the blue under my eyes and the malarial sac on the right side (I marked it with an arrow in the picture)? Hyaluronic acid injections provoked swelling and aggravation of the malar sac. The filler was dissolved with hyaluronidase. Everything is back to the original state now.

Yes you need fat grafting to the cheek area. Do you have fat elsewhere in the body? If not, nowadays there are off the shelf products from MTF that are like fat, and not like filler.
