Hi... I did fat transfer to my ckeeks bone and to my lower eyes... its my 10 days , my ckeeks are alittle bit dawn the swelling is better , but there is swelling under my eyes which make me look like a diffrent person. And my eyes get so puffy spically when I wake up in the morning.
Nine days ago I had chin/neck lipo with fat graft transfer to both temples to help with acne scars. The plastic surgeon said it could take up to a year to see results. Why is this? Is there a chance I might see results sooner?
I had 200cc of fat grafted to my hips 10 days ago. I'm really pleased with the shape my surgeon has given me. To avoid re absorption how should I be sitting and sleeping? At the moment i am avoiding putting direct pressure on my hips. I hope his would be ok. Please advice Thank you
10 days out from fat transfer. I had fat done to the back of the jaw behind jowls. Because of the swelling one side looked bigger than the other and I pressed on it but not very hard. Now I worry if what I done could move the fat to my jowl since its so close to that area. Sometimes I accidentally sleep on my side and immediately jerk awake. Can't relax. Emailed my doctor and he said it is unlikely for fat to migrate although he can't be sure. What is your opinion?
10 days post if my surgery. I am 34 years old. I had fat transfer under my eyes 3cc left eye and 2cc right eye. Unfornutely I had my surgery through that one doctor only had 2 experience of fat grafting. I believe That an excessive amount of fat was placed. I have also lumps and it feels pretty hard over all. some doctors told me to massage it, some doctors suggested Not to massage it. I am so confused. Should I massage it or Not? Also should I put ice on it? Please help.
I had a fat transfer to my tear troughs 9 days ago. As of 2 days ago, I developed a hardened area just below where I would've expected the fat to have been placed. Under one eye, the bump is a hardened ridge following the contour of the trough (though just below it). It's visible and I'm freaking out. Doctor said to give it time, it's just swelling. I'm worried. This procedure was ancillary to another and I don't even mind if I reverse the graft completely rather than have bumps. What can I do?
I had fat graft to my lower eyelid area and to my lips 10 days ago. I have a small bump under one eye and one on my upper lip as well as a hard ridge along my upper lip. The PS told me that I could massage the lump under my eye. I have been massaging all the lumps continually and I think they are reducing. I am wondering if I am killing the fat. I thought that I should get on it before the lump settles/hardens if that makes any sense Might I have done damage to the fat or should I keep massaging?
Had fat transfer to face (cheeks/temples). Pics show me today, 11 days post-op. Was excited for first couple of days post-op but now starting to get restless and worried. Seems not enough added to cheeks/undereye and far too much to temples. Every time I see myself in the mirror I see a huge face. Looks fairly normal if wear my hair down and conscientiously cover my temples, but once I pull my hair back I look odd. How long before temple swelling goes down and look normal? Try massaging?
