Had fat transfer to face (cheeks/temples). Pics show me today, 11 days post-op. Was excited for first couple of days post-op but now starting to get restless and worried. Seems not enough added to cheeks/undereye and far too much to temples. Every time I see myself in the mirror I see a huge face. Looks fairly normal if wear my hair down and conscientiously cover my temples, but once I pull my hair back I look odd. How long before temple swelling goes down and look normal? Try massaging?

Thank you for your question. Fat transfer may be a viable option for fixing a buttocks cleft. There are also excisional procedures that may help. Photos and in person consultation would be helpful in giving you definitive advice. All the best.
After 2 months from fat transfer to the lip, a lump could be fat necrosis, or an oil cyst. The treatment is different for either one of them.
If it is fat necrosis, then direct excision is best. a cyst can be aspirated with a needle.
