Does massage on lump after facial fat transfer kill fat?

I had facial fat transfer 11 days ago from 6th day i find lump or hardened fat in my cheek. My PS told me to massage and worm shake there bt I fear if they kill my fat.. Plz suggest..also i ve much swelled there
