I had my ears pinned back 6 months ago and I'm not totally satisfied with the results. I really liked my right ear results, but the left ear looks weird to me. I'm not sure if I'm being reasonable about it. But, if my concern makes sense, a description of what is wrong would be really helpful. Thank you in advance.
I had otoplasty about 6 months ago, however I feel that my lobes still stick out, should these have also been pinned back? I don't like the appearance of my ears from the back and the lobes still stick out from the front. Is this normal and can this be corrected?
I had an otoplasty almost 6 months ago. Initially the antihelix seemed huge, however my doctor said we need to look at the results later, as they were swollen and needed to recover. Now at the 6 month mark, my antihelix still seems to be protruding a lot and looks unnatural. Could you tell me what do you think of these results?
I had a lower facelift with an earlobe reduction 6 months ago and of my earlobes looks terribly wrong. I also have tightness and some pain around my ears still. One of the earlobes has a VERY thin spot of tissue and it looks terrible. I waited 6 months hoping things would improve and they haven't. I'm not sure if anything can be done?
I had a mini face lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and temperoral brow lift 6 months ago. I was happy at first but I started showing signs of puffiness under my ear lobes, and my jawline was not tight anymore. Ive been offered a free in office fix which is being referred to as pixie ears. Will this fix my neck too? Pull my cheek area back where it was?
I'm 31 and I had my first otoplasty at age 10 performed with traditional Mustarde method. Now I had a revision with the same method at age 30 right before Christmas but the problem with curved earlobes still exist. When I took the white headband off after a week my lobes este somewhat straightened but once the sutures were removed after 8 days the problem seemed to appear again. My earlobes are biggish and soft and apart of adjusting them, also soft upper part (helix?) should be adjusted.
I had Otoplasty done exactly 6 months ago and I am very unhappy with the outcome. I feel as if my ears look unnatural and is there any way I can see a doctor so he can fix it or maybe its too soon for my results. I would love to see another surgeon . My concha bowl looks unnatural and my right ear looks bended.
My ears fold over and stick out at the top. I assume from what I been reading its pinned to strongly in the middle? My question is can it be reversed to its original position before surgery?? Its been 6 months since I had the operation. I dont find the current shape satisfactory at all. Whatre the chances of it going back to its original shape in revision surgery. I dont
