I'm 31 and I had my first otoplasty at age 10 performed with traditional Mustarde method. Now I had a revision with the same method at age 30 right before Christmas but the problem with curved earlobes still exist. When I took the white headband off after a week my lobes este somewhat straightened but once the sutures were removed after 8 days the problem seemed to appear again. My earlobes are biggish and soft and apart of adjusting them, also soft upper part (helix?) should be adjusted.
