Hi there and thanks for your question. At 6 months post op, you should be healed enough to wear headphones. All of the sutures should be dissolved and your incision should be fulled healed. I suggest following up with your plastic surgeon for his/her post op protocol. Best of luck!
This depends on the extent of your surgery and how your recovery went. Typically, it would be fine to start wearing headphones 6 months after surgery, however you should ask your surgeon for their opinion.

It is early to judge whether the ears are overcorrected so continue follow up and give it several months. Patients vary as to how they want their ears to look after otoplasty. Thus far the fotos look good.
