Hello, I got a breast lift (anchor) with saline implants (450cc) I know its common for incisions to be itchy because of the healing. But Im not just itchy on the incisions... its mostly on the sides of breast where there isnt any incisions. I was getting burning sensations last week and now its just itchy. Is this normal 6 weeks post op? I have some redness but when I seen my dr 2 weeks ago he told me the redness was from my skin stretching due to my large implant. Any suggestions?
It has been 6 months since I had a lift done with an implant. The past two weeks Ive been having burning and itching under my boobs. One read look bothered from me itching but it doesnt seem to be along the healed anchor scar. Is this normal? Are my implants now moved down enough and possibly pushing down against them? It doesnt matter if I wear a sports bra, or no bra, still irritated.
8 days post-op. got a breast lift with augmentation on 6/6/18. I was told to take off the steri-stripes on day 7, which I did yesterday. Still feels like I need something to cover the incisions (mainly around my nipple). I bought gauze and put them in my bra. Theyre very itchy. Dont know how to care for them now. Any tips on how to clean, ointment, when to start scar treatment, etc, would be appreciated. Cant get in touch with surgeon. I got it done in Miami and live in New York.
Hello I had a breast Augmentation and lift done July 18th my left breast the inscions are painful kinda burning and itchy and I notice that since getting a more supportive slightly tighter fitting sports bra in only 2 days the shape has changed a lot I had 650cc saline on the right I believe HP and 550 on the left I believe MP I've noticed the bruising which I believe would be to expected but when you do research you freak yourself out like omg am I healing right etc.
I had a breast lift with implants 650 cc each side anchor incisions I also have intense itching is that healing? Also I was wondering why 650cc are not large. And last my breasts are pointy and seem uneven will this resolve?
I had a breast lift with implants 12 days ago. Two nights ago, my breasts were itching bad enough to keep me up at night. Benadryl didn't help & by yesterday, I had a rash across my breasts. I sent the on-call nurse a pic & she said it's a reaction to the adhesive, to remove it and keep the incisions clean. My areola incisions don't look healed enough to be without the strips. Is 12 days enough time? I'm nervous they'll get infected. I was supposed to get them removed 3 weeks post surgery.
I had a breast augmentation with lift this past September. About two weeks after the surgery I began getting a rash all over my body. Ive reported this to my surgeon and he said that it should go away and that it can be an allergic reaction to the sutures. I couldnt stand the itching so I went to a dermatologist. He prescribed a steroid that has helped but Im beginning to become a little concerned about the redness on my left breast as shown in the pictures. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
