Itching and redness 6 months post BA with lift surgery. Is there something I can do? (photos)

I had a breast augmentation with lift this past September. About two weeks after the surgery I began getting a rash all over my body. I’ve reported this to my surgeon and he said that it should go away and that it can be an allergic reaction to the sutures. I couldn’t stand the itching so I went to a dermatologist. He prescribed a steroid that has helped but I’m beginning to become a little concerned about the redness on my left breast as shown in the pictures. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
