Post-operative swelling is normal and takes time to subside. Make sure you are following your surgeon’s post-operative care instructions to ensure proper healing. If you are concerned about the amount of swelling, it is best to schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss your trepidations.

You have a nice shape and as the implants settle the nipples will come up some. However, it is possible that you will benefit from raising the nipples further which is a fairly small revision that can even be done in the office. You need wait 6 months for a final assessment.
