3 months post uplift and breast implant and have itching with redness mainly on my left breast?

Nipples too low after full lift? (Photo)

You have a nice shape and as the implants settle the nipples will come up some. However, it is possible that you will benefit from raising the nipples further which is a fairly small revision that can even be done in the office. You need wait 6 months for a final assessment.

You would likely need a capsulotomy (which releases the implants more inferiorly), and revision lift with revision of the scars as the main goal. Your tissues seem very thin (appearance of the veins), and great care needs to be taken to prevent a disasterous complication, ie skin loss/nipple...
