It has been 6 months since I had a lift done with an implant. The past two weeks I’ve been having burning and itching under my boobs. One read look bothered from me itching but it doesn’t seem to be along the healed anchor scar. Is this normal? Are my implants now moved down enough and possibly pushing down against them? It doesn’t matter if I wear a sports bra, or no bra, still irritated.

Adding 400 cc's will increase your cup size by two cups, on the average. I would suggest not going larger for your now sagging tissue may just sag again from the weight.
You need a lift because of the position of your breasts. the vertical lift should work nicely. the crescent lift will not be sufficient and may distort your areola. The internal bra will not address your sagging breasts and is not needed here.

This type of wound is not uncommon after breast lift. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. It can take few weeks or months for wound to fully...
