Burning & itching issue under breasts after lift and implant. Is this normal? (Photo)

It has been 6 months since I had a lift done with an implant. The past two weeks I’ve been having burning and itching under my boobs. One read look bothered from me itching but it doesn’t seem to be along the healed anchor scar. Is this normal? Are my implants now moved down enough and possibly pushing down against them? It doesn’t matter if I wear a sports bra, or no bra, still irritated.
