Can an internal bra be added AFTER an anchor lift with implants without having a whole new lift/implant exchange? The lift/implants were placed 14 weeks ago and the lower skin fold is tight against my chest, but the implants are dropping over that fold causing a small droop. 560 cc high profile/ highly cohesive and I just wanted more upper pole fullness. I have attached a before and how I wish my breast stayed in a photo combo as well as my most recent photo at 14 wks showing the drop.
I am looking at getting a breast augmentation done. Do you think I need a lift? I am not after larger breast but want to improve them after children with a bit of fullness. I have been reserching minimal scarring techniques as that bothers me. Would an 'internal bra' technquie be suitbale or a crescent lift? would implants alone work? What would be the advice based on my photos..
I downsized my implants and had a lift and internal bra done 11 months ago. I noticed a difference in the incision placement in the inframammary fold soon after and voiced my concern over the left sitting higher. Was told to massage it. It never evened out now the right sits lower and softer. Surgeon wants to charge for revision on top of surgical room/anesthesia fees. Any chance this could still even out? I hate the difference in shape of my breasts.
Im 57, 170lbs, 2 bbls (slim curvy) I had a donut breast lift in 2020 with 700cc OTM. They were perfect but bottomed out. The look I want is big, under my chin, round and perky. I have a breast lift in 8 days with a different board certified surgeon: anchor lift, UTM and internal bra. He said that since my implants are so new I can keep the same ones, as I wanted to stay with 700cc. Should I downsize for longevity, will the internal bra hold them up, I love the look of 600+. Please advise
I had a breast lift with augmentation in January of this year and since have been told I need revision surgery due to bottoming out, scar stretching and implants moved. So in my appointment I asked if I could have an internal bra to stop the bottoming out happening and if I could have my chest wall stitched to create a wider cleavage. My main concern is my cleavage due to have next to no gap. Is this achievable and if so what are my options to create a finger width gap?
He did 600 on one side and 520 on the other plus lift and internal bra. Im not even one is way higher then other rt nipple has stretched and still feels like its stretching and just way heavier than other side. Do I need to have them fixed? Photos include before and after.
I had my breast implant with lift six months ago(450cc under the muscle )My breast still the same only bigger. My left implant still a little hight and my right is way too low. Do you think an internal bra will fix that? Maybe I have to lower my left lift my right and do am internal bra so both will no be way to the side .
Hi, I'm wondering if I would be a candidate for a donut mastopexy with a internal bra / round block tech. I'm happy with the size of my breast for my frame so I don't want a implant, just a lift as having breast fed twice they are just a bit flat and droopy. I don't typically scar very well with my C-section so wouldn't fancy a lollipop lift. I know that 1 of my breast is slightly larger than the other but again, I'd rather keep the irregularity tot them than a lollipop scar. Thank you.
I'm 3 weeks post BA (under muscle) BL (lollipop) with Galaflex mesh. I have been healing well but tonight when I tried to close a window (with one hand stupidly) I had a sharp pain along the entire bottom of that breast where the mesh would be.I feel ok, little sore, but the pain when it happened was so intense it has me worried. Are there any signs I can look for that the internal bra stitching may have been torn? Was that pain maybe just a normal feeling from using that muscle before being healed?I Hope I'm overreacting.
