Answer: Donut Mastopexy / Augmentation Good afternoon, You need a donut mastopexy and submuscular augmentation with saline or silicone gel implants, depending on your preference. The scar is confined to the areolar border, without any vertical cmponent, and thus heals inconspicuously. I developed the Original Internal Bra over 20 years ago, and while it can be used in first time patients, it really was designed to be a revision procedure for patients who already have implants. It can lift the breast tissue and implant position but it cannot lift your nipple position, therefore you need the donut mastopexy as well.

Answer: Breast lift Thanks for your question! Based on the photos provided, I think you would benefit from a breast lift. However, a side angle would be better in determining that. Please be sure to consult in-person with a board-certified plastic surgeon to get optimal results. Good luck!
