Can an internal bra be added AFTER an anchor lift with implants without having a whole new lift/implant exchange? The lift/implants were placed 14 weeks ago and the lower skin fold is tight against my chest, but the implants are dropping over that fold causing a small "droop". 560 cc high profile/ highly cohesive and I just wanted more upper pole fullness. I have attached a before and how I wish my breast stayed in a photo combo as well as my most recent photo at 14 wks showing the drop.

Answer: Heaviness of breast You must acknowledge that 560cc implant is way to large and heavy and it does not exist a technique which will endure and support the heavy implant you have. You will always have the tendency to relapse in the saggy breast unless you change for smaller implants. No larger than 300 and become under the muscle a 100%. Be encouraged. Dr. Cárdenas

Answer: Revision surgery Dear kfilarelli, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
