Could I have ripped my internal bra stitches?

Question

I'm 3 weeks post BA (under muscle) BL (lollipop) with Galaflex mesh. I have been healing well but tonight when I tried to close a window (with one hand stupidly) I had a sharp pain along the entire bottom of that breast where the mesh would be.I feel ok, little sore, but the pain when it happened was so intense it has me worried. Are there any signs I can look for that the internal bra stitching may have been torn? Was that pain maybe just a normal feeling from using that muscle before being healed?I Hope I'm overreacting.

One of the pleasant aspects of doing internal pocket modification/repair is the fact that most patients really do feel relatively pain free afterwards. But this can be a curse because patients forget to restrict their activities , since they are minimally sore. The repair uses permanent sutures but they can break. So take it easy during the healing process. Wear your supportive bras a directed.These heal beautifully.
