6 months post op breast lift with implants, do you think an internal bra will help me? (photos)

Question

I had my breast implant with lift six months ago(450cc under the muscle )My breast still the same only bigger. My left implant still a little hight and my right is way too low. Do you think an internal bra will fix that? Maybe I have to lower my left lift my right and do am internal bra so both will no be way to the side .

Hello there I'm afraid it would take a careful examination , measurement and the details of your previous surgery with respect to implant details etc before I could give you an expert opinion .It's a complicated scenario and difficult to advise from photos .CheersTS

You have a difficult problem that requires an in person evaluation.  Measurements are needed to discuss breast lift revision.  An internal bra may be an option for you.  Wish I could offer more information, but an exam is needed.

Hi and welcome to our forum!
From your photographs, I do note asymmetry in your postoperative photos. I note asymmetry in your preoperative photos as well. With photographic limitations I am unable to ascertain if there is a difference in volume as well as with a difference in skin laxity / redundancy. 
As you are 6 months out from your surgery and realize that breasts "are sisters but not twins", if further improvement is desired, one may consider secondary mastopexy. Mesh insertion is also a consideration. Have that discussion with your plastic surgeon. 15% of cosmetic procedures require a secondary touch up.
