I'm 6 months after breast augmentation 375 cc Mentor HP round smooth under the muscle. I would like to know if I should be concerned about bottoming out. The scar on my right is higher than the crease about 1 cm ,the left is just above the crease. Are they fully dropped and fluffed? Will they drop further? My right breast is a little bigger. From the beginning the left scar was a little lower than the other. The ribs below the left boob are more proeminent- chest asymetry. Thank you.
Hello- looking for input. I has a breast augmentation 10 days ago. I wanted results to look natural. I already had some Breast tissue and was about a 34b. My PS suggested unders for a more natural look. I tried on 265-295 cc sizers. The 295 looked huge but I decided to go with them because my PS mentioned swelling and generally pts will tend to wish they went bigger. I think they look good, however I cannot believe how small they look. I know I wanted natural but they look like when my weight fluctuates or on my period. At this point I am disappointed with the size as I spent so much money I did not want to be huge but at least be worth it. Hearing drop and fluff i really hope they will develop more fullness, I really dont seem to have that typical upper pole fullness. Any insight or input would be greatly appreciated.
I currently have 375cc mod profile under the muscle in both breasts. I noticed the left breast is dropping and healing beautifully however the right one is running off in another direction. Im 3 months post so I know its pretty early but Im concerned the right one will continue to look droopy and not fluff correctly. Will I have to swap out the implant for a larger size so they match or will the implant fluff over time? Also I notice rippling in the right breast is that normal?
Can I speed up the Drop and Fluff process? Im a week past surgery and my implants are painful! I have 375cc HP implants and am currently wearing a sports bra (with underwire at my surgeons request). They are so high and tight and everything feels really painful. Im wondering if theres any stretches, massage, or other techniques you give to your patients to encourage dropping and healing of the implant. Also, will my side profile go down? Im scared its too big, they look fake, a lot like my dont want photos
Hi doctors. I am 11 weeks post breast aug. My implants are highly cohesive 460CC gummy bears placed under the muscle. Everything is looking and feeling pretty good with the exception of my left breast sitting higher than my right and feeling harder than my right as well. My right seems to have dropped and fluffed completely and Im very happy with it which makes this process all the more difficult I am afraid of capsular contracture. Should I be worried?
BA was Feb. 6th & already feel like they're too small!Went with silicone smooth round 480 UHP.I was nervous this was going to be a little big due to making a previous post on here before surgery asking what others thought about 480 or 535 UHP on me would be like & every single doctor that replied said they would be way too big for me.So after freaking out about going too large I decided on the smaller size of the two,480cc.I know it's only a couple days post op but will they really fluff much?
10 weeks post op. Silicon 415cc under the muscle. Curious if this drastic of a difference is normal at this point. The right breast is significantly lower and off to the side versus the left. Ive messaged my doctor, but wanted to ask here as well.
I had a breast augmentation a week ago today, before my BA I was a deflated and stretched/sagging barely A cup after breastfeeding two kids. Doctor said that he didn't think a lift would be necessary but as of a week out the breast that was slightly larger and sagging more has loose skin sagging off bottom of implant. Do you think once the drop and fluff happens that it will correct itself? I got 520cc high profile silicone under the muscle.
So I am 5 month PO and my boobs have dropped but the hav not fluffed and they feel and look very low on my chest. I cannot got any cleavage and one boob is lower then the other. Will they fluff out or is this the end of my results and should I get a revision? Also when I lay down they go into my armpit and not on my chest at all is this normal?
