11 weeks PO. One breast is dropping significantly faster than the other. Should I be worried about capsular contracture? (photo)

Hi doctors. I am 11 weeks post breast aug. My implants are highly cohesive 460CC gummy bears placed under the muscle. Everything is looking and feeling pretty good with the exception of my left breast sitting higher than my right and feeling harder than my right as well. My right seems to have dropped and fluffed completely and I’m very happy with it which makes this process all the more difficult I am afraid of capsular contracture. Should I be worried?
