6 months after breast augmentation: is this normal or am I bottoming out? (photos)

You do have some bottoming out, and I correct this with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which corrects both conditions and provides excellent long term support moving forward. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It does appear that you have some mild bottoming out on the right side, but seeing before photographs would be useful to confirm. A revision surgery would be needed to correct this long term.

Hopefully, they have completely settled, but I would suggest wearing a good supporting bra, even with underwire, during the day and when you are exercising. Naturally, you do have some differences between the two breasts, but they do good.
