I have had my breast implants for nearly 9 years, I had Mentor implants 375cc in the left and 400cc in the right under the muscle. About 2 years after the procedure the implants started to sag and I have been left with results I am not happy with. Is this what they call the waterfall effect? I would like to get a smaller implant and an uplift but Im not sure if Id have the same result.
I had breast implants under the muscle 9 years ago. And now probably because of 2 pregnancies the skin seems thin around the implant enough for you to see the implant move around especially if I lay down. What solutions/options do I have? Can I just get a fat transfer to the area? I don't want scars from an actual breast lift.
Hello. I am 1.65 tall. My weight is 6kg and i got breast implants i think 380cc under the muscle about a year ago. I think they look bolted on and sit way to high on. I would like a more natural look with a sag on to them. I would also love a softer touch to the feeling. I am thinking about a hybrid augmentation with moderate profile implant. 280cc maybe. How possible is it to achieve my look Edit: I am 63kg
Breast lift with implant surgery performed to address sagging breasts and nipple placement after having children. Prior bra size to having children was 32D. After, 34 B/C. Hope was to restore fullness with implant and achieve D cup, however breast shape is full but still low, nipples are also still sagging, one is irregular. One breast is also visibly flatter, the other full, although not as noticeable in the photo. Donut technique was done around the nipple with horizontal incision at crease.
Timeline: 2014 implants with anchor lift 2015 areola scar revision + lowered left Months later Developed capsular contracture 2016 Implants removed 2024 NOW - what I am left with What caused them to change so drastically from explant to now? I don't want implants again. I never wanted them. I asked for lift small perky pre pregnancy full A cup but I was talked into B with implants. Young. But I felt too big and fake! This is my last attempt to feel a little better about myself :(
I had a breast lift and enlargement in September 2023. The implants used were mentor Johnsons and Johnsons and they were 515cc under the muscle. At my 2 week check up the nurse said my incision was very deep and was bleeding, I had to go back every second day to have it redressed. Ive have been to my 3 month check up and Ive told the surgeon Im not happy as my breast were better before surgery. They look flat, square, saggy and point south
A little over 6 months ago I had a BA. I got 485cc implants subfascial OTM. My concern is that I have lost all of the upper pole. Any advice on how this could be fixed? I have moved and have no interest in traveling back to see my surgeon. Im curious to what others think before I find a local surgeon near me.
I had my first implants (750cc) placed in 2010. I had a lift with smaller implants (500&550cc) in 2017. Ive never had a problem. Ive recently lost almost 50 pounds and for the last few days, I have had mild pain/soreness in both breasts, upper chest and underarm area. I also noticed when I lean over to pick something up, it feels like the implant is rotating. They do not feel hard, but I can tell they have sagged a bit since losing the weight. They are silicone and under the muscle. TIA!
the left breast seems to have a pocket in it and droops considerably more than the right breast. I'm older, but still would like to not be ashamed of them. Had a lift 15 years ago and still have scars. Is there anything that can be done to make these looks not like saggy tear drops, or does another implant need to be involved.?
