Breast implants removed about a year ago. Can anything be done to stop these from looking saggy? (Photo)

the left breast seems to have a pocket in it and droops considerably more than the right breast. I'm older, but still would like to not be ashamed of them. Had a lift 15 years ago and still have scars. Is there anything that can be done to make these looks not like saggy tear drops, or does another implant need to be involved.?
