the left breast seems to have a pocket in it and droops considerably more than the right breast. I'm older, but still would like to not be ashamed of them. Had a lift 15 years ago and still have scars. Is there anything that can be done to make these looks not like saggy tear drops, or does another implant need to be involved.?
Answer: Breasts Yes, you can have the breasts lifted and remove the excess skin. You might find you are very happy with the size and shape.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Improving shape Although a revision breast lift may give you much better shape, the reality is that your soft tissue has laxity and lacks the physical qualities (scientific term is elastic modulus) to produce a breast shape that has projection. Fat grafting will not help for the same reason. However, a breast implant and a lift will surely give you a beautiful breast shape.

Answer: Breast surgery options Having breast implants removed, then changing your mind, and having them added, is not an ideal way to go. Each time you have surgery, things become more complicated and complex decreasing the chance of having quality outcomes. If you want breast projection, then implants are probably your only realistic option. You should ask yourself why you chose to have the implants removed in the first place? I suggest having a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community or if you have someone someone you’ve recently worked with then go back and follow up with that provider. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD.
