I'm currently scheduled next week for surgery. I've tried on implants, and am debating between at 175cc moderate plus or 200 mentor silicone dual plane under muscle. I am 5'1'' 105#, breast pocket space 12.5cm. I feel like I like the volume of the 200, but it feels a little wide. I believe it is 10.5cm diameter. Will this sit better once its placed or will I always feel wide? I'm going for a natural but want to fill a swim suit nicely look.
I will be getting my implants replaced (going from 225 CC silicone to 190 CC silicone). I seemed to have lost some breast tissue on my left side so the doctor will add fat from my thighs to add some volume. How much fat is typically taken? Will he likely remove it from both thighs so I'm not uneven? Lastly, assuming the liposuction is minimal what will the recovery for that be like? Will I need to were compression stockings? I have my preop next week but I'm growing impatient for answers.
I'm planning to get 190cc as I'm petite and a big runner. The timing works out great for me to get the surgery done on February 6th. I am planning a trip out of the country on March 13th where I obviously won't have access to my doctor. My doctor said 4 weeks should be plenty of time for the healing before a big trip. This current timeline gives me 5 weeks, but I'm a little nervous about it. I'd love to get it done ASAP, but should I wait until April 1st? (one week after I get back home).

I have lost 50lbs. I have had onebreast fat transfer. Immediately afterwards, following 350cc transferred, my breasts were up in the air and looking spectacular. Sadly about 60% of the fat died and these are my breasts now. Would getting a small implant such as 150-200 give me a lift? I just want to fill out the skin that was full once before. Im 29.
Hi! I am 57 and I work out 6 days a week weight training at the gym. I wanted fat transfer to breasts for I am not a big fan of implants and just having plastic in my body in general. I have gone to various surgeons and the mentioned that fat transfer would be difficult (it is not common in Mexico) and all recommended breast implants. I am currently a 32A and would like to go up to a 32B, would 180cc tear drop over the muscle be ideal as recommended to me?
I want to go with a 150 or 175 cc, my current breast size is about a 32 C or and I'm happy with a C cup but I just want a very subtlechange in size. Iwant a very natural look and feel but wanta little pop or enhance what I naturally have. Almost like a soft push up bra effect. Open to thoughts/suggestions. My plastic surgeon suggests going above the muscle because I exercise, yoga, surf, and have enough tissue. do you think this would look and feel natural?

Previously my surgeon has recommended Mentor CPG 322, mod plus, 160-250cc range, 9.5-10 bwd, body frame & now leaning towards more small/med c along with goal pics to show him what I'm after; natural look, soft cleavage line, perky, slope (lower pole volume - beckoning) & he said 250cc may not fit & close cleavage, so should I ask about high profile?
I am trying to decide if I should go through with a breast augmentation. I am currently a C cup. I love my breasts but one is 62 cc smaller than the other. I am scheduled to get a 235 cc moderate plus silicone gummy in the smaller breast and 175 cc in the larger both under the muscle. I am debating not going through with it because I don't want people who feel my breasts to be able to tell. I'm really on the fence if fixing the asymmetry is worth it.
