I'm not talking about enhancing the hip as they do in typical BBL's. I'm talking about fat placed between the knee and under the buttock section (the actual thigh only) I read one doctor's opinion saying the skin there is too tight and would not be able to place fat there. Are there different opinions? Is it actual possible?
My main insecurity is my hip dips and is the main reason I'm getting a BBL. I've now booked my surgery for early next year and during my video consultation my surgeon said it looks like I had tight skin. Meaning 1. The fat will be under pressure which makes vein production slower so less fat survives in this area. 2. If there's not a lot of space between my skin and muscle he won't be able to inject as much fat. Is hoping for rounder / filled in hip dips a realistic expectation to have?
Im 16 days post-op. Wore garment for 5 days post-of & it came off on day 6 due to circulation problems in stomach. On day 14 it was back on but i feel it's too tight around my butt & Im afraid it may negatively affect final results. I'd like 2 hear the opinion of other surgeons. Should I keep same garment? Change to another one that puts less pressure on buttock area? What is the "stage 1 and stayed 2"? My doc has not mentioned such thing. Please read caption of photos for addtnl info (didnt fit)
I am really keen to get a Brazilian Butt Lift, however a major concern of mine, is that the skin around my butt and hips is extremely tight. I have even sent over pictures to a surgeon in Istanbul and he suggested that my results would be considerably limited, as my butt would not hold that much fat. I am able to accept that in terms of projection, I may not see a huge difference, but is it worth undergoing this procedure in the hopes of seeing some what of an improvement?
About 4 years ago I had scoliosis surgery and got a DVT in my leg afterwards. The blood clot has been cleared but I still get tightness in it if I sit too long/do too much strenuous exercise. My left leg is slightly larger than my right leg, as well. I still want to get a BBL but I'm worried it might further exacerbate my symptoms. Would I still be a good candidate?
My biggest concern is fat survival in a BBL. my skin is pretty tight around my thighs and butt (photo of me pinching has been inserted) . Will I be turned away from surgery because of this ? I would really like to have rounder hips and fuller butt.
I had lipo with BBL on 10/19, so I am post -op day #11. I have had issues with seromas and inflammation, mostly to my suprapubic region and lower abdomen. I feel that the compression is not enough. I have bought a waist cincher, which the doctor's assistant suggested and it works, but I can not wear it for long periods of time because of the tightness/soreness. Do you recommend spanx with butt-lifter, waist cincher, or a tighter post-surgical compression garment with use of lipo foam and boards?
I'm planning on going back to work 10 days after my bbl. I don't want a drastic change to my bottom and I'm not telling anyone that I'm getting surgery. Will people know somethings up by the way i'm walking? Should I wait til I have more time off of work if I'm planning on keeping my ps a secret?
