I had a rhinoplasty almost a year ago mainly to deproject a very long and bulbous nose. Cast off looked amazing, natural, nose was shortened not too upturned which I was happy about for few months. Then the tip slowly started to droop and become rounder and rounder till I don’t like it at all. Left profile looks still good, but right is awful and looks droopy from the front especially while smiling. My surgeon only suggest filler, but I would like a more permanent solution.
