Preservé, breast asymmetry, implant selection - what would be recommended? (Photos)

I am considering Preservé breast augmentation with Motiva Ergonomix2 implants. My goal is small, natural-looking breasts, not a large augmentation. I have always perceived my left breast as smaller and less developed. My bras tend to gape on the left, while feeling tighter on the right. However, my surgeon's objective findings show a more complex asymmetry: 44 years old, 163 cm / 53 kg Breast hypoplasia, elastic skin Upper-pole pinch: 1.0 cm right / 1.25 cm left Chest width: 10 cm bilaterally Right IMF is 1.5 cm lower than the left Sternal notch–nipple: 17.5 cm bilaterally Nipple–IMF: 5.5 cm right / 5.0 cm left Nipple–midline: 8 cm bilaterally Areolae slightly lateral Slightly less convex right side of the chest The proposed plan is: Right: Motiva Ergonomix2 225 cc Demi Left: Motiva Ergonomix2 175 cc Mini An alternative discussed was 195 cc Demi right / 175 cc Mini left. What I find confusing is that I have always felt that my left breast is the smaller one, yet the surgeon recommends a smaller and less projecting implant on the left. For surgeons experienced with small breasts and asymmetry: Can a smaller/less projecting implant on the left actually produce better symmetry despite the left breast appearing smaller? For a small, natural result, would you favor 225/175 or 195/175 in this anatomy? Is Preservé a reasonable approach for this particular anatomy and asymmetry?
