Asymmetry in breasts after breast augmentation - can this be fixed? (Photos)

I'm 1 year & 9 months post op from my breast augmentation surgery of 500 cc under the muscle, high profile, mentor, silicone breast implants. My right breast is still higher than my left and when I squeeze my pectorals the right breast rises up a lot but the left doesn't. They are both soft especially when standing or bending over, but if I lie down I can feel more of a separation between my actual breast tissue and the implant, whereas the left feels more uniformly one piece and just a smidge softer. I've included pictures of before my surgery and 9 weeks post op to show any pre-existing asymmetry. Do I need to see a plastic surgeon? What could have caused the asymmetry ?
