Chin implant in proper position Jamie an implant that makes chin not recede in and dip back out depends in part on your anatomy. Some of this can be adjusted with fillers or fat transfer. The entire chin can be done with a filler to start and see if you like the appearance

I would be able to remove a chin implant in just a few minutes in the office. The first and key question is was it screwed in. IF not, it is a very quick and easy procedure. If it was, it will take a little bit more but still only 15 minutes or less in the office.
