I am a 21 y/o female and have been smoking on and off for about 2 years. I don't use cigarettes, only vapes. I quit smoking 2 weeks before my surgery, as recommended, but I am still extremely worried about the risk of necrosis and complications after my surgery. I am getting a chin implant for context. I have always been extremely healthy and hoping my young age will help, but I am terrified of necrosis/ other complications.
