The first pic shows a person with a chin that goes straight down from the bottom lip, totally in a line pretty much. Whereas the others show a slope inward, then back out. Im assuming the gums/root architecture which the outer skin follows determines this. Is there a way to get a chin implant that goes up high enough to alleviate this look that is undesirable imo.
