Silicon chin implant removal cost?

I would be able to remove a chin implant in just a few minutes in the office. The first and key question is was it screwed in. IF not, it is a very quick and easy procedure. If it was, it will take a little bit more but still only 15 minutes or less in the office.

I suggest you talk to the surgeon who placed the implant.
That surgeon will probably do it for you for free.
Silicone implants are pretty easy to remove, and this can usually be done in an office setting.
If you original surgeon is not available, then consult with other providers in your community to see what they have to say.
It is generally a much faster easier procedure than putting the implant in initially.
