How can I get a slimmer face? (photos)

Although it's not possible to give you a complete assessment
based on your photos, liposuction is an excellent procedure to get a slimmer
neck. Fat reduction in the cheeks is not as effective, unless you are having
reduction of the buccal fat pads. I would suggest proceeding cautiously, because
some individuals with "chubby cheeks" may have masseter muscle
hypertrophy and will not be helped by fat reduction procedures. Of course, a
consultation with an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon will provide

It looks as though some slimming of the cheeks might be Possible By way of trans oral buccal fat pad reduction. This can be done under local anesthesia and takes about 30 min.

Dear Felicia,start with a visit with your treating physician and make sure you do not have problems with your thyroid gland or polycystic ovaries.I would offer you to start with a simple high protein diet, such as the Dukan diet ( it is free to sign up on the web site ) and start walking 3 miles a day in 1 hour, every day.if this does not slim you down efficiently, then we have the HCG diet, but you will need medical clearance for this.then your next step would be to consider neck liposuction which will help to some degree. I think when you have a naturally genetically full face a more aggressive approach to fat removal can be done. In your case that would include buccal fat pad removal and perioral mound and neck liposuction. All together these fat removal procedures should have a slimming effect...although you have to realize that you can never have a really slim face...only one that is slimmer that what you have now. You can also perform a cheek dimpleplasty at the same time as these fat removal procedures.

For a young patient who has  extra fat of the neck liposuction can be quite dramatic.  From your photographs it is not possible to give you a full response.  As far as your cheeks you can consider a buccal fat removal.

Although liposuction can be done the fat may be deep in the cheeks and require removal thru an incision intra oral or inside the mouth. Some of your appearance is bony and cannot be improved by liposuction.Liposuction of the cheeks can leave loose skin, or worsen the beautiful smooth appearance your skin has.The easiest improvement would be the neck, here liposuction would be safer.If it is any consolation, those with slightly chubby cheeks , if they dont gain a lot of weight look younger as they get older. Those that have the fat removed tend to age more.We would be glad to do an evaluation, but would be conservative in our recommendations. I dont recommend dimple creation as the benefits  are not worth the risk..

Thanks for you question. There are many options and it is certainly possible to create dimples. Unfortunately your photos are inadequate for evaluation. You would need front and side view, no expression, head level (not tilted) and they need to be taken by someone else.
