Too young for facelift? 38yrs marionette lines. (photo)

jowl.com
Hello After having my daughter two years ago I have developed jowls and sagging under my chin. I have a set back chin so suspect the structure of my face is prone to this. Should I try filler to cheeks to add volume and to mationette lines coupled with fat freezing (if this indeed works) to double chin? OR have a lower facelift. thank you for your advice.
