38 is a bit young to be considering a facelift. There are other options to rejuvenate the appearance of the face when a full facelift is not necessary. The best
candidates for a facelift are usually between the ages of 40 - 70 but that is
not to say younger people like yourself cannot have a facelift.  Seeing that you are only 38, dermal fillers
might be an option you may want to consider.  Dermal fillers such as
Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm provide volume by supporting the skin's
structure. They work from beneath the skin to lift and smooth away lines
and restore your skin's appearance. Benefits can be seen immediately and
are long lasting but not permanent. Be sure to consult with a Board
Certified Surgeon to discuss your options.

I would recommend that you start with fillers in the marionette region. They are safe and reversible if you do not like the results. I would be cautious about a chin implant. Certainly undergo video imaging before embarking on this operation.

It is not uncommon for patients your age to consider neck lifts, midface lifts or even facelifts following weight loss (which can accelerate aging). Today however, there are multiple noninvasive and minimally invasive options, from ultherapy to fillers to laser- which can help. You would benefit the most at this point with fillers in the marionette lines.  The neck fullness can be addressed with liposuction, lipodissolve or Cool Sculpting.  I would try these before embarking on a mini facelift.

Your photos seem to show a week chin, although it would help to see how your teeth come together.  This helps to judge whether you would benefit from just a chin implant (likely), or a more complex jaw advancement procedure (unlikely).  My impression is that you do not need a facelift of any kind, but photos showing your neck, jaw, and entire cheek would help.  When correcting for a skeletal deficiency like a weak chin, I believe a chin implant makes more sense, as it mimics the skeletal support better than an injected filler.  If it was just a soft tissue deficiency, than fillers or fat injection make more sense, to mimic the soft tissue.  

There are non invasive, "twiner" or minimally invasive, and invasive options that can be detailed in an IN PERSON consultations... 

Judging by your age and photos, I would suggest some injectable fillers.  Volume loss in the face starts at age 30, and many people lose about a teaspoon of volume per year.  Childbirth may have exacerbated this tendency.  A lot of lift can be achieved with fillers in the upper cheek area (especially with Voluma or Sculptra), and jawline improvement can be accomplished with additional filler (Juvederm Ultra Plus or Perlane or Sculptra).  If you replace the lost volume (and maintain it once or twice a year to keep up with ongoing loss), you should be able to wait several years before considering facelift surgery.
