Hello After having my daughter two years ago I have developed jowls and sagging under my chin. I have a set back chin so suspect the structure of my face is prone to this. Should I try filler to cheeks to add volume and to mationette lines coupled with fat freezing (if this indeed works) to double chin? OR have a lower facelift. thank you for your advice.

I never look at the age of the patient I look at the face, skin laxity and bone structure of the person sitting in front of me. I can see (just!) from the photos you have posted that you are beginning to lose that beautifully defined jawline you had before. A MACS type lift would work...
