Hello, I had a revision rhinoplasty done a week ago. He used rib graft for my tip to make it stronger and rotated my nose up. My upper lip looks really long relative to how it was before. And seems not proportional. I was told swelling but what part of this is swelling? I don’t understand what swelling would have to do with it if someone could better explain. It just looks odd now. Will it get better? This didn’t happen with my first surgery. Will I need a lip lift now? Thank you.

Radio frequency would not be an alternative. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
