Female age 51. Don’t want fillers, want a more permanent solution to shorten the area between lower lip and chin and upper lip and Philtrum. Hate excess skin underneath lower lip. Makes my face look longer.

Radio frequency would not be an alternative. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Good Afternoon! That's a difficult situation. A rhinoplasty, if the nose is tenting the upper lip, can help. By shortening the length of the nose, it often relaxes the upper lip and creates more show. Adding volume carefully to the red lip may create more balance. This can be done with fillers...
