Would radiofrequency treatments be a viable substitute for lip lift surgery?

I've noticed the area between my nose and lips is aging me. A lift lip sounds easy, but at the same time, I've seen quite a few cautionary tales. Would RF or ultherapy, lor similar procedure be a substitute?

As you can see in your photographs, the corners of your mouth are going downward. It is important to not only shorten the distance but also pull up the corners. I would remove more from the corners than centrally. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper...

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...

A lip lift will improve your teeth show, even though your philtrum is not excessively long. From your picture, I can guess that it measures about 1.5 cm. You could shorten at least 5 mm and improve your smile. Your teeth are high and you might still have issues with teeth show at rest.
