So sorry you are having this problem. The risks of surgery, which is why one should be very cautious in undergoing elective cosmetic surgeries (particularly in certain locations) can be elevated or depressed scars, loss of pigmentation and the presence of tram track stitch scars--all of which unfortunately can be seen in the photos provided. If there is indeed elevation of the scar, this can be flattened with intralesional triamcinolone injections. Once the scar is flattened and flush with the surrounding normal skin, then the hypopigmentation and stitch tracks can be addressed by professionally performed Dermastamp microneedling accompanied by the application of prescription strength pigment enhancers, such as topical tyrosine and lanatoprost. Just make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist with scar treatment experience. Best of luck.
