What is the best treatment for a lip lift scar, is revision a better option? (Photos)

In january I have had a liplift and nosejob, both led to dissatisfaction. The one that really impacts my social life now is the scar under my nose. I have been treating it with Co2 laser, but it is a slow and not so effective procedure. I know it will never be perfect, but right now it looks butchered. My question is will a revision surgery be a better option for me? It really scares me to do it but I get sad every time I see myself. Any recommendation of a doctor would be nice as well.

Radio frequency would not be an alternative. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
