What would you recommend to lengthen my philtrum? (Photo)

Hi, I don’t know if the problem is my nose or whatever but I’ve always hated the short distance between my nose and lips =[ I’ve literally never seen anyone with a facial structure like mine and it’s hard for me to look in the mirror. I’m wondering what your perspectives/recommendations are to fix this?

As you can see in your photographs, the corners of your mouth are going downward. It is important to not only shorten the distance but also pull up the corners. I would remove more from the corners than centrally. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Hello - did you know that most people seek a short upper lip?  Your photos would be better with your mouth slightly open (but at rest) so we could see the balance of your lip with your teeth. But, from what I can ell here, you have a good upper lip with good volume and great definition.  You have what others want!

Good Afternoon! That's a difficult situation. A rhinoplasty, if the nose is tenting the upper lip, can help. By shortening the length of the nose, it often relaxes the upper lip and creates more show. Adding volume carefully to the red lip may create more balance. This can be done with fillers made of hyaluronic acid. I would avoid anything too invasive if you can in order to not create a problem. Hope that helps!
