When is the surgical tape supposed to come off? It's been 3 weeks and it's still firmly on my incisions?

Smooth sailing recovery with no pain. Tape still covering my incision doesn't seem like it's coming off- I can see is the dried blood under the tape and durabond but unable to tell how my scars are healing/wouldn't know if they were infected. I've been trying to resist peeling it off. Also, clear stitch that is outside of the left side at the end of my anchor incision where the drain was removed is still visible. scab has formed right next to it is this why it wont dissolve? Thanks.
