A little over one month post op breast reduction without implants. An area of necrosis appeared teamed with some fat necrosis. I am seeing my PS weekly for some mild debridment. He doesn't want to 'over do' the debridment as to avoid significant deformities- today he recommended the use of Santyl over the wound. Will Santyl speed the healing process? He said today that it looks a little better than last week but not as good as he would hope. Thoughts? Recommendations?
