Nipple discolouration 1 month post op BR? (Photo)

Hi I've been in bed with the flu for the past couple of days and haven't been as observant as usual. I had a breast reduction over 5 weeks ago and tonight I noticed that my right nipple and aereola seem to be going purple compared to my left. I have been wearing a bandeau so maybe it cut off the circulation? Should I be worried?

Now than what you originally posted.  The Santyl can help but time and wound care will also take care of this so if its pricey, I would probably not push the issue and just go with basic wound care.  You will heal so hope the final scar is a satisfactory one for you.
