I believe I have negative vector eyes & an upper eyelid A-frame deformity. The "bag" under my eye is my eyeball pushing up against the lower lid. What options are available to reduce the appearance of this negative vector eye & the A-frame deformity? Based on RealSelf patient reviews & forum comments, I don't want implants or injectable fillers. What have you found effective for a sustainable & SAFE (something that won't leave me with lumps, bumps, drooping, infection, etc) solution?

Dark under eye circles can make you look tired and older than you are. I would use a combination protocol that includes topical Melarase creams first, followed by a combination of injectable fillers, fractional laser, and RF to blend out the eyelid hollowness and tighten the skin.
