Eye looks weird in pictures. Any suggestions? (photos)

The difference is so small that it is not likely that surgery will be worth the risk of trying to correct this.  No one on earth is going to see this glasses or not.  Over time, this may change but for the next 15 years, I would not worry about this too much.  Try to stay away from the surgeons for now.

You have a very slight difference in the lid crease and therefore the platform of the lid.  No real ptosis.  This is so minimal that I would do nothing!  You look great as you are.

It is very subtle and evident only in your third photographyou have very mild ptosis of your left upper lid with minimal compensatory eyebrow elevationas you get older it may become more noticeable.If you have no functional symptoms, there is no need to do anything at present

You do have a minor degree of upper eye lid asymmetry but not enough to consider any form of surgical correction at this point.

Thanks for sharing your question about eyelid surgery.It appears that you have a minor difference between the position of your eyelid folds and a mild left brow compensating lift.  Many people have these types of differences between their eyelids.  In your case I would not recommend any surgery at this point.  The positional difference you have is minor and not one that most people will notice.Best Wishes
