How do I get rid of a swollen eyelid?

Hi, I had a pimple on my eyebrow, it was annoying so i scrathed it and popped it, I belive it caused some kinda infection because the next day my eyelid was swollen, I tried different remedies like ice in cloth. It helped but the next day it was even more swollen. I could move my eyelid but not much. So i was wondering how you het rid of it.

I can see what you are noticing.  Asymmetry after surgery is very common and can sometimes be exaggerated by the swelling and bruising that you have immediately after the operation.  I would recommend that you sit tight for now.  Point it out to your surgeon when you go in for...

You have a very slight difference in the lid crease and therefore the platform of the lid.  No real ptosis.  This is so minimal that I would do nothing!  You look great as you are.

Yes, In my experience it is possible to do a cosmetic blepharoplasty and ptosis repair at the same time.  I often do this for my patients.  I would recommend having an oculoplastic surgeon evaluate your eyelids.
