Question

i m 23yr old female .how to get rid dark circles in under eyes and upper eyelids are also dark. I don't know the cause of dark circles but I want to remove them.

Dark under eye circles can make you look tired and older than you are. I would use a combination protocol that includes topical Melarase creams first, followed by a combination of injectable fillers, fractional laser, and RF to blend out the eyelid hollowness and tighten the skin.

I would suggest that you try a bit of HA filler such as Restylane in the tear trough area. It will help diminish the appearance of your dark circles. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss.
