Thank you for your question. Looking at the photo you have provided I believe you are a great candidate for flank and love handles liposuction. I see no reason to have to separate the procedures. It will reduce you down a few inches and just help with better shape. I would suggest speaking with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person to evaluate you and discuss your options. I find it strange that multiple doctors have told you that you could only get liposuction on multiple body parts at once. I have had patients smaller than you who got liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, arms, neck, and thighs. Of course, consultations are in order. By examining your photos, it looks like you are a good candidate of liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back. We can then use the suctioned fat to be transferred to another area if you prefer. Some of the best candidates for liposuction are those at their ideal body weight. Liposuction helps remove the excess fat that doesn’t change with exercise and diet, like the abdomen and flanks. Patients need good skin quality for liposuction and realistic expectations are always important in plastic surgery.

You are not too small for liposuction if you have areas of excess fat. Please do not gain weight. You may not be a candidate for fat transfer if you don't have much donor fat.

Hello, thanks for your question and photos. If you are over 18 yo you may be a candidate for Lipo. By the pics, you are a good candidate for hi-def lipo. You can get great results. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!

Although an in person evaluation is always best, from the submitted photos it appears you are a reasonable candidate for liposuction. Typically more than one area can be performed at a time, though there is an overall limit. Weight gain in order to have liposuction is not recommended.
