I've had several consultations with doctors around the Philadelphia area and one of them said that I was too small and that they could only do one area at a time. Eg. abdomen and then another time flanks. Another dr. Said that I needed to gain 32 pounds! im currently 121 pounds and I'm 5'3. The most I have weighted is 132 and I looked horrible, I can't imagine being heavier than that. I am starting to get discouraged because I can't find a doctor who would actually perform a lipo on me :(

Typically more than one area can be performed at a time, though there is an overall limit. Weight gain in order to have liposuction is not recommended.

By examining your photos, it looks like you are a good candidate of liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back. We can then use the suctioned fat to be transferred to another area if you prefer.
