Is it safe to get Liposuction & J-Plasma together? (Photo)

Previous Lipo 2007 + 2011 Weight gain - Gastric sleeve Dec 2021 - 5.5 stone loss Hi there, i go to Turkey next week with Dr Aycan Akcay, who will perform Lipo 360, upper back and Upper arms. Following the Lipo he will do Jplasma on my tummy and arms. A lot of surgeons I have spoke to wouldn't do the surgery unless I had a TT, and I know the results may not be good with just Lipo but I want to do this in stages and a TT in a year or two. Is Jplasma and Lipo safe together?

In our practice, we will not do lipo without Renuvion J Plasma. This ensures that we are able to get our patients the necessary skin tightening they require following the removal of fat. Otherwise, this would create skin laxity that would stand in the way of our patients seeing the truly spectacular results they came to us for.

J plasma and Liposuction are safe together, but in my opinion you should reverse the order and consider doing a tummy tuck then lipo.

Yes, it is safe to have liposuction with J Plasma together.  However based on your photos I don't anticipate you'll have optimal results on your abdomen.  The skin laxity may be worse after liposuction.  You really should consider a tummy tuck instead.

Hi, thanks for your question. Answering your question, yes, it is safe liposuction and jplasma. But, you are not elegible for that procedure. You need a tummytuck, the liposuction is optional.

You are not a good candidate for Liposuction.
Further liposuction will damage your abdomen to the point where you were no longer be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. J plasma will not type in your skin. I speak from first-hand experience having owned the device and used it for a year.
Either live with your results or go straight for a tummy tuck
Secondary Liposuction with JPlasma will just add scar tissue making a tummy tuck technically difficult and severely limiting the potential outcome in the future.
What you are signed up for is simply a bad idea. 
I did not recommend anybody travel long distances for elective surgical procedures and I highly recommend patients have multiple in person consultations well in advance of considering scheduling surgery.
Everything about your post is flashing warning signs and red flags!!!!!!!
I think you should quickly reconsider what you’ve signed up for.
Your situation is complex and difficult and an assessment absolutely requires an in person consultation and only with sufficiently talented and experienced providers who have a proven track record.
This means having thousands of before and after pictures especially of patients with similar backgrounds to your own.
Correcting poorly done Liposuction is very difficult and it is more likely things are going to get worse rather than better from the second round of the same. 
It’s only my opinion and my opinion is just that.
