Hello, can anyone let me know what these bulges under my lips are and how to fix them. It’s been a problem of mine for such a long time and it’s causing me to have a crooked smile.

Thank you for your question regarding the large bulges on your lips and how to fix them. It appears that you have a significant amount of soft tissue under your lips. This raises concerns about what this is and what is causing this collection of tissue. Could it be injections of some type? One also has to consider soft tissue tumors. Either way, it should be biopsied and/or removed. If there’s a hazard or cancer concern, this needs to be biopsied. If there’s no concern for cancer, an incision can be made inside the mouth and the soft tissue can be removed to the necessary extent. In my opinion, it should be addressed sooner rather than later.
