Ptosis from myopia in one eye?

My problem is that i have a mild ptosis in my left eyelid (which affects my face symmetry a little bit), and what i noticed when i wear my lenses is that my eyelid lifts up sometimes. Could the myopia be the reason behind the ptosis? Thanks.

It appears you have swelling from the filler and if you had come to me I likely would reverse the filler with an enzyme injection and then redo your filler properly.  If this wasnt good enough, which I think given your anatomy it would be, then I would consider surgical options....

I absolutely HAVE to work the following day after my upper bleph. Is this going to compromise my healing?

Thank you for your question. I think it's reasonable that you be able to take off a couple days for work from your blepharoplasty. Your surgeon should guide you in this decision. Going back to work one day after your operation may not be prudent.
