I assume you are referring to the depression along the lid/cheek junction.  I would consider a filler of some kind.   (fat, Juvederm, Voluma, etc....)  Good luck

Fillers and sublative or fraxel lasers work very well for this concern.  Id suggest a formal consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty addresses excessive fat and/or skin in the lower eyelid region as you know.  However, fat in this region needs to be removed conservatively (unlike how we performed this more than  decade ago where we removed much more fat).If you look carefully at a pre surgical photo, you will likley notice that there is a slightly depressed area beneath the lower lid region that we describe as the "tear trough."  This area may further extend from the nose towards the outside portion of the eye.  It may appear as an indentation, a line, fold, dark or discolored area etc.I would return to your Surgeon as discuss the use of injectable fillers such as Juvederm, Voluma or Restylane.  These naturally occurring hyaluronic acid fillers are wonderful adjuncts to a lower eyelid blepharoplasty (many time they are preferred to the surgery itself).I think that this would be helpful.

Either fat grafting or filler like Belotero-Balance can correct the iatrogenic tear trough deformity. Best to see your surgeon to discuss... 

Hard to tell by the photo but most likely you are noticing some hollowing along your orbital rim that was there before your surgery but is sometimes more noticeable afterwards.  The good news is that Restylane can be used to fill the tear tough. You also may improve with cheek volume.  I usually incourage this after a bleph to maximize the youthful look. Find an experienced injector and with some filler you will love how you look. After lower lid procedures there can be a residual line along the lower lid, or tear trough. Fat transfers can effectively fill the line, and injectable fillers also offer a temporary fix.

Hi bubble. As you stated, it is difficult to make a proper assessment through a photograph. It seems that the lines/dents you are referring to under our eyes may be shadows from your underlying bone (orbital rim). This may be because of volume loss in the upper cheek/eyelid area. I would recommend an in person consultation to properly evaluate. If it is from volume then a small amount of filler can be placed in the tear trough area and this will camouflage the lines/dents.
