Bump on upper bridge of nose (between the eye)?

It is very early after your procedure to determine the potential outcomes.  What you may be seeing is a residual bony bump in the area of the nose called the rhinion.  This area of the nose has the thinnest skin.  What tends to occur is that the skin above and below the rhinion settles and a slight protuberance at the rhinion persists.  Slight compression exercises to this area helps with the resolution of the swelling.

It is too early to tell at this point, but if you have concerns you should discuss them with your surgeon.

I am assuming you had osteotomies of your nasal bones.  If this is true the bump is most likely a residual bony deformity or an incomplete osteotomy or in-fracture of the nasal bones.  In some cases, irregular healing of the osteotomy site can also result in a bump.  This bump will become more apparent as the nasal swelling from the osteotomies resolves.  This may require a revisionary osteotomy which can often be done under local anesthesia.
